Andy was born on Sept. 11, 1957 to Edna (Carter) Baker and Onnie Lee Baker in Memphis where he grew up and graduated from Bartlett High School and attended Memphis State. He married and moved to Portland, OR with his first wife, Nansee (Gilmore) Baker where they had two precious children: a son Drew and a daughter Alexandra. They later transferred to Kansas where he worked as a customer care representative for KGPCO in New Century, KS. He enjoyed travel with the loves of his life, Drew, Zanny and fiancé Cindy Martin. Andy enjoyed hunting and fishing with his brothers Steve, Doug and Artie, as well as, countless friends. While in Oregon he was active as an Adult Scout Leader with the Boy Scouts of America and was proud to be a camping and life mentor to many young scouts. He was a devoted son to his beloved mother Edna Baker. Andy had an infectious laugh, a warm smile, a quick wit, and was a generous sweet soul. He will be sorely missed.
